What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?
Based on the principles of acupuncture, EFT is a simple tapping procedure that gently realigns the body’s energy system. This is a do-it-yourself procedure to reduce stress, overcome fears, and eliminate phobias. EFT is very effective in reducing the body’s emotional response to any stimulus. Thus, it is very useful in the treatment of trauma, including post traumatic stress disorder.
